Besides the extreme reduction of noise, the adequate air circulation is the most important engineering task. Therefore the air flow inside the housing is simulated already during the construction in the computer. After passing this approval, we manufacture single units or low volume batches. |

For HD projectors we manufacture this housing. Here you can see very good the multi layer absorber sheets and the exact openings for perfect air flow.

The Christie projector Roadster S+20K performs impressive 20.000 lumens but also an impressive noise level of 55 dB. With noise reduction houses of VICOM you can hardly hear them.

Because of its weight of 84 kg and the 2000 W xenon lamp, this projector - made by Digital Projection - got a special solution. The noise reduction housing consist of 2 parts. Here you see the lower half, which includes the sound absorber and the thermostat control unit. |
